We store your phone number to sign you in, your city, your ads, and your chats on those ads.

Your phone number is hidden by default. If you enable phone sharing in your account, a signed-in buyer can request it from your ad.

Public listing photos and verification documents are re-encoded to remove embedded camera metadata. Listing originals are held in private storage.

KYC images, when you send them, are for review. Moderators can see them. Other buyers cannot.

You can close your account from My account. This removes your contact details, hides your ads, revokes your sessions and schedules removal of verification documents uploaded through the current form. Moderation and transaction records may remain. For other deletion requests, use the disputes form or write to legal@bati.ph.
