How do I post a listing?
Tap Post in the bottom nav or 'Post on Bati' in the header. Add at least one photo, fill in the title, price, and city, then publish. Your listing goes live after a quick moderation check.
Is posting free?
Yes. Every listing is free for 30 days. You get one free refresh. Boost options (Bump, Highlight, Top of category) are optional paid upgrades.
Which cities are supported?
Bati covers cities and municipalities across every Philippine region — NCR, CAR, Regions I–XIII, MIMAROPA, the Negros Island Region, and BARMM. Pick your city when you post, and filter by it when you search.
How does Usap chat work?
Usap is Bati's built-in chat. When you find a listing you like, send a message through Usap. All communication stays on Bati so there's a record. You can share your phone number only when you're ready.
What is Bati tayo?
Bati tayo is our meet-up feature. After chatting in Usap, agree on a public meeting place — a mall, transport hub, or well-lit area. Never meet at someone's home or a secluded spot.
How do I verify my account?
Go to your profile and tap Verification. Submit a valid government ID and a selfie. Verified sellers get a badge that helps buyers trust them. You can post one listing before verification.
How do I edit or delete my listing?
Go to Me → My ads, find your listing, and tap Edit. To remove it, mark it as Sold or Hide. Your listing stays in your history but is no longer visible to buyers.
How do I report a problem?
Use the Report button on any listing, or open a dispute from your profile. Include the listing link, what happened, and any evidence. Our team reviews reports quickly.
Does Bati hold my money or offer escrow?
No. Bati does not hold the purchase price, offer escrow, or handle delivery. You pay the seller directly when you meet. Never send money in advance to someone you haven't met.
How do I boost my listing?
Go to your listing and tap Boost. Choose Bump (24h), Highlight (7 days), or Top of category (7 days). Payment is via PayMongo (GCash, Maya, QR Ph, or cards). Boosted listings appear higher in search results.
Can I block someone?
Yes. Go to the conversation in Usap and tap Block. Blocked users cannot message you or see your listings. You can manage blocked accounts from your profile.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Me → Account settings → Delete account. Your listings, messages, and personal data are removed. This action cannot be undone.
